The apartment is 100 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance is into the living room where a 52" Led TV, a desk and a 3-seater sofa that can become an extra bed for 2 people are located. From the living room there is access to a large terrace overlooking the banks of the Po River, which is about 150 meters away.
The kitchen, also with terrace overlooking the Po, is complete with everything! 6-seater table, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
The interior is completed with the two double bedrooms, one with a garden view terrace, and the two bathrooms.
Outside, in addition to the garage and a parking space, there is a garden with shade plants, table, grill and sun loungers.
